Functional Capacity Evaluations
FCE's are helpful in determining what a person is or is not physically capable of doing & whether they can return to pre-injury work loads with or without modifications.
Pre-Employment Screening
Simple yet very effective, the Pre-Employment screen (also called a Post-Offer Screen or Pre-Work Screen) is used to determine if a future employee is able to safely perform the physical tasks of the job for which he/she is applying.
